REFILL POLICY
To ensure timely processing of refills, follow the schedule below:
Request must be submitted by Mondays at 9 AM, and paid in full by end of day. Requests not submitted and paid for on Monday will be addressed the following Monday. Please submit early to prevent delays.

To ensure safe and accurate medication processing, we ask that patients plan ahead when requesting hormone therapy refills. Please note: turnaround times may vary weekly, processing times are up to seven (7) business days at peak period, submit your refill request at least 8 days in advance.
